Sweet Valentine Treat

These cookies are so yummy
and so easy to make.

1 box strawberry cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

heat oven 350
line your cookie sheet with no stick foil
mix all ingredients in a bowl
drop teaspoons of dough  2" apart
bake 8-10 minutes

The marshmallows will melt and leave holes if there
are too many in the cookie.

I picked some out if I saw more than 2 in a dough ball.

I also used regular chocolate chips (its what I had on hand)

Try them.  Easy to do and taste great!
