Thrift Store Crafting

I have been thinking about ways to increase
sales in the Thrift Store.

What about making a craft in the store
from things in found in the store?

I think it will work.

So this Friday I will be making book page
wreaths in the store for shoppers to watch me
and learn OR they can purchase the
finished product!!

I have also taken a lot of assorted frames
and candle holders and painted them
red to use in a Valentine display.

I'll let you know what happens!

  2. Great idea Donna! I made one with sheet music and it turned out pretty good for my first try.

I might have to stop by for a lesson.

  10. That sounds wonderful! I am not sure I could work in a thrift store...most of the things would wind up coming home with ME!! I went to "Once Upon a Child" yesterday and did some amazing purchasing...just in case we are blessed enough to adopt a little girl some day!
    Blessings! Beth
