I have been thinking about ways to increase
sales in the Thrift Store.
What about making a craft in the store
from things in found in the store?
I think it will work.
So this Friday I will be making book page
wreaths in the store for shoppers to watch me
and learn OR they can purchase the
finished product!!
I have also taken a lot of assorted frames
and candle holders and painted them
red to use in a Valentine display.
I'll let you know what happens!

That sounds like a great idea. I know that many people are now looking for inexpensive ways to decorate their homes.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea Donna! I made one with sheet music and it turned out pretty good for my first try.
ReplyDeleteI might have to stop by for a lesson.

ReplyDeleteOh how creative! I am sure both crafters and the buyers of crafts will be there. May God truly bless your endeavor.

Have a great evening!
I love this ! I can see some many possibilities with this kind of craft.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds wonderful! I am not sure I could work in a thrift store...most of the things would wind up coming home with ME!! I went to "Once Upon a Child" yesterday and did some amazing purchasing...just in case we are blessed enough to adopt a little girl some day!
ReplyDeleteBlessings! Beth
